Notification of Grant Applications

Dear Researcher,

Welcome to the Grants Tool.

This tool was developed to aid you in establishing your project budget and to simplify administrative processes. The entry is mandatory for all third-party applications. Funded projects are forwarded to the Finance Department for the allocation of an internal account number.

Please do not miss the information provided in the "information" tab shown in most project forms. Also, please have a look in the "Funding Opportunities" section of the Grants Tool.

New procedure as of October Deadline of the SNSF (project funding): New interface has been implemented between Grants Tool and MySNF

As a result of the interface, you only need to fill in a reduced form in the Grants Tool. The form will be completed with data from MySNF as soon as the administrative check at the SNSF is done. You can still use the budget calculator to calculate your budget, but it is not mandatory anymore. You can as well enter the total amount of your proposal in the field "amount requested". Note that for carrier instruments (Ambizione, PRIMA, Eccellenza) the budget is still required.
